This tool changes the tense of a verb, e.g. from 3rd person singular to present participle. Specifies subroutines to be called from a perl script.
Usage:
my $newTense = changeVerbForm("verb", form1, form2)
where from1, from2, and integers from 0-4 describing different verb senses -- see the README file in the tarball for details.
